Gallstones
Are Gallstones a chronic illness?The reason I am asking is that I had my Gallbladder removed when I discovered I had gallstones?

Confused, the chances of gallstones going away by themselves are very remote. The chances of them becoming more and/or causing problems are much more realistic. It’s because of these odds that the surgeon decided that it was best to remove your gallbladder. The other thing is that it doesn’t really make a difference whether you have a gallbladder or not.
