Cascara Sagrada-50mg - Strongly purgative, so should not be taken in high doses or for long periods.
Fennel-20mg - A uterine stimulant in high doses, but quite safe as a culinary herb; avoid using the oil entirely
Ginger-50mg - ok
Pectin Combi-20mg - should be ok
Liquorice Root-34mg - High doses can exacerbate high blood pressure; safe in moderation.
Senna Leave-90mg - not recommended -Strongly purgative, so should not be taken in high doses or for long periods.
Caprylic Acid-25mg - unsure but not recommended
