GLANDULAR FEVER
A few weeks ago I was diagnosed with glandular fever. Am always tired and depressed. Have no energy.

Last night the doctor said my heart rate is high and I have high blood pressure. What can I do to countreract this. I dont want to be sick and this feels like I have no control.

Help me please.
