Groin
Dear Dr
My 7y old son came back from gymnastics complaining from pain in his groin - when I looked just next to his hipbone - running along it (up and down) was a swelling. What could this be. He has a high pain threshold and does not easily complain of pain - but this was obviously sore

Hallo BMJ
This could be an inguinal hernia - let your doctor have a look - the swelling may come and go.
