7 days ago, small, hard, not so painful growth appeared just next to my anus. I ignored the growth, hoping it will disappear. After 2/3 days, it was not painful at all. It seems the size shrinks during the night because in the mornings this growth is very small, smaller than a pea. At bedtime it has swollen to peasize. It does not hamper any excretory activities I engage in. What is this growgth, is it dangerous, will it disappear on its own?

Whilst I have this growth I developed severe diarrhoea 3 days ago. I went to the clinic on day 2 of diarrhea, but said nothing about the growth. The clinic gave me Gastrolyte but the diarrhea continues. Do you think the growth and diarrhea are related? Today is day 4 diarrhea and day 7 for the growth.
