Gums bleeds for no reason: Healthy teeth though
Is there a deficiency that could cause the gums to bleeds when touched? ( Brushed?)
I leasd a fairly hectic life and know I don't eat well and I have a phobia of losing teeth.... ( funny I know)
for the past two months every time I brush my teeth I find my gums bleeding.... is there a vitamin I can take or should I knock them all out now?
Please help!

Kurt, it might be due to a vitamin C and/or vitamin B2 deficiency. It might also be due to sleeping with your mouth open or an infection. The best would be to see your doctor and have him sort it out for you. Good luck.
