Haemorrhoids
Clotted/thrombosed external haemorrhoid which has bursted and is bleeding bright red colour. Been to doctor on 2nd day. Prescribed ointment twice daily. Anything else I should do? Now on 4th day.
Hallo Annemarie
If it is still bleeding after a few days using cream/ointment you may need to see a surgeon so that they can cauterize/laser the vein under local or general anaesthetic.
