Deon, dis ‘n growwe manier om te bepaal of die oefening wat jy doen voldoende is. Dit word algemeen aanvaar dat die maksimum hart spoed 220 minus jou ouderdom is. Goeie oefening is wanneer jy ten minste 80% daarvan behaal. Laat weet maar as jy nog vrae het. Sterkte.
