headaches and nose bleeds
I have suffered over the past few weeks with regular headaches and nose bleeds. I have had nose bleeds with clots at least 3 times a week. The headaches I have are not as regular they occur at least once a week.
Staceydee, the most common causes of nose bleeds are allergies, infections and digital trauma (nose picking), but it might be due to something else like anaemia, high blood pressure, polyps, etc. You can try using a nasal spray like Vibrocil® for a couple of days, but if it doesn’t work the best would be to see your doctor. Good luck.
