health problems
eva since ive come from south africa to UK, ive not only put on 15kgs, theyve diagnosed me with interstitial cystitis, where i had an op to stretch my bladder but still to no avail, im on 10mg diazapam, i take 3 a night so i dont have to go to loo every 5 minutes... last week they removed a polyp from my colon and i have an inflammation on my colon, im lucky if i do the no. 2 to the toilet 1x a month and its worrying me....yr help in this consideration would be highly appreiated. Is this y my stomach always look bloated like ive got triplet, can it affect my back?

Back ache can be caused by urine tract infection. You may have a spastic colon due to stress, this could also be the cause of the weight gain and the going to the loo every 5 minutes. I think you should see a physician for a full medical evaluation - 30 mg diazepam at night is not only highly addictive but would probably cause you to be drowsy the next day.
