I suffer from severe heartburn everyday, especially after I have eaten for ex. bread, provitas, peanutbutter or anything that is really fatty. Should I just try and cut out these items or should I go and see my doctor.

Charmaine, I suppose you can try cutting out all the foods that cause you heartburn, but that might leave you with just water to drink. It might be due to an ulcer, gastritis or gastro-oesophageal reflux and because there is very effective treatment available for heartburn, the best would be to see your doctor. Good luck.
