HECTICALLY RIDGED NAILS
Im 30 and have hectically ridged nails - vertically on the nail.
They often split up which is painful and annoying as they continue to split no matter how short I cut them...
My hair is also getting lots of white hairs - like LOTS.
My mother only started going grey at around 50.
Do you think that I am lacking something ?
