I am a 42 yr old female who has been experiencing peri-menopause.

Recently i find my stomach making the most embarassing noises after meals. This is SOOOO loud that i have had people comment about it.It gets worse as i then release enough gas to set Jozi alight..

I am desperate for help as this is totally embarassing...

What can i do?

Try taking Probiotics with each meal (something like Probiflora) plus Pankreoflat (pancreatic enzymes that help with digestion)
Avoid gas forming foods (broccoli, beans, cabbage, too much bread, gas cooldrinks, bubblegum)
