Thanks for your reply but what i really needed to know was do you think i have herpes could that last possitive Igg test and Neg Igm be wrong. Also if i had herpes would i constantly have oral thrush and this continual irritated scrotum. As i say never had sores and wife is fine.We also give each other lots of oral sex so i do not need to be passing this around.

The ELISA igg and igm blood tests are they accurate, would i not expect to see one sore since 2004.

Hi Jack
If you had no sores on your genitalia, no sores or blisters in your mouth, it is highly UNLIKELY that you have herpes. No blood test is 100% foolproof but you did a few and I would think that you can trust it. Herpes does not cause thrush - HIV/diabetes/low immunity can. Maybe you should have your bloodsugar, immunoglobulin levels and hIV status checked?
