How does one know?
I am currently in a new relationship and want to take it to the next level. I have been tested for HIV, and I don't have any STD's. But I have heard that one can have an STD without even knowing? The last thing I need is to give something to the new girl! How does one know? I don't suspect anything with me, but I have to be sure....

Go to your doctor/clinic and ask them to do the usual bloodtests - will be the only way to be sure. Is she safe?
