Hi Doc,
Your opinion will be quite interesting to know, I monitored my BP at various reputable places and the average after ten readings was 129/76. When i visited my cardio it was 160/90
and 3 minutes post xercise 190/90 that was for 12minutes on the treadmill.
Not being my self satisfied with the BP i confidentially opted for a 24 hr monitoring without the knowlege oy my cardio, and the results were as follows
AT REST...............................117/72
AVERAGE BP.........................130/76
DO i suffer from hypertension, What should the xerting BP be, What can be done to reduce the xerting BP, I am taking 1/2 cozaar thrice per week, is there any other method to control the xerting BP beside taking medication.
your view could be mailed directly to my e mail if possible.

thanking you in anticipation

Sedick, you’re readings are not those of a hypertension sufferer, but then again, you do drink Cozaar®. Speaking of Cozaar®; drinking it every second day might bring your blood pressure down, but you won’t get the other benefits like kidney, heart and brain protection. My advice would be to take the Cozaar® every day. Good luck.
PS If you can let me know what your age is, I will be able to tell you what the maximum blood pressure during exertion should be.
PPS I couldn’t send this to your e-mail address because you didn’t include it in your message.
PPPS :-). Please post your reply as a new question and not below my reply because I won’t get your reply if you do.
