IBS AND ? HYPOGLYCAEMIA
Hi Dr, Just a question my physcian wants me to see a dietacian because of my IBS and tomorrow I am going for tests as he seems to think that I am Hypoglycaemic. I firstly want to know what is the treatment for the above condition and if I just follow the instructions on the internet re IBS dont need a dietician to save money, is that sufficient.

Dear MEM
It may be a good idea just to see the dietician once off to give you guidelines as each person is different. Treatment for hypoglycemia is very much the same diet as a diabetic diet - usually no pills needed.
