IBS with constipation
Hi
I have IBS with v. bad associated constipation. The only thing that ever worked for me was Zelnorm (and I have tried everything). is there any similar drug on the market now or has Zelnorm been reinstated?

I am not aware of any replacement drugs for Zelnorm but you can try Serotonin (5-HT), as this is said to be helpful for constipation-predominate bowel syndrome.
