Internally shaky dialy @ 11am onwards
Hi
I am 24 and female. I am very unhappy in my work and about 2 weeks ago after a fight I started to shake internally and externally.
Since then I am daily shaky mostly internally and sometimes you could see my hands shake.This weekend I was ok untill Sunday night and it was back. I also have a ulcer but ist is ok (I hope)
What is wrong with me and what will help.

Jade, it is difficult to say what the problem is without being able to examine you, but it sounds like it might be due to hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar). If you mail me at CyberDoc@mweb.co.za I’ll send you something I wrote on it. Read it and let me know if you have more questions. Good luck.
