ITB
Good day Doc,
I have been diagnosed by a specialist that I have ITB in both legs. I have been for physio 7 times and been taking anti-inflammatories as prescribed. Doing all my exercises prescribed by the physio and so on. The problem is still there. Would you advise me to go for the operation to have the ligament cut?

Liza, let me know as a new question how long this has been going on for before you do anything drastic and you end up with ugly scars. Good luck.
