kidneys or imagination?
hi doc

for the past few months i have been waking from my sleep now and again with a horrible pain on lower back on the right, i havent thought anything of it but it seems now to be happening almost every second night sometimes the pain is so sore that i cant fall asleep again, i try sleep on the painful side but its even worse. it is like a cold stabbing pain that wont go away unless i lie on a pillow or on my stomach... it seems that the pain becomes more frequent when i am menstruating, your help would be much appreciated
thank you in advance

Helloooo, it might be due to your kidneys, a back problem, a bladder problem, an internal female organs problem or even a bowel problem. The problem is that I can’t really narrow it down form this side screen, so the best would be to see your doctor about it. Good luck.
