Life after insertion of a stent
Dear Cyber Doc
My husband, who has a check up every year, is disciplined about his eating habits and exercise and who has always had a normal cholesterol and blood pressure went for an angiogram after he was still getting chest pain in spite of all normal results with more conservative tests. The doctor who inserted a stent said he must just go on as he always has with regard to diet and exercise. Where can I get more detail about what he should and should not be doing. Thanks

Lace, to me it sounds like he shouldn’t change anything, but the best person to ask is his cardiologist as he know how sick your husband really is. Good luck.
