Light sensitivity of eyes
I use contact lenses and my eyes get sometimes very light sensitive. What can I do to prevent it?
Kiep, if it is due to the lenses, the best would be to try not to wear them for too long without taking them out to give your eyes a breather. If your eyes are red as well, it might be due to an infection or an allergy, or even eye strain because your lenses aren’t the right strength. The best would be to see an ophthalmologist and have it sorted out. Good luck.
