Low immune system
I was in a car accident 5 months ago and was on a large amount of pain killers for 3 months, in the last month i contacted this flu and have not been able to get rid of it, i again woke up this morning with a sore throat and ears im starting to worrying as my job is very demanding and the time winter comes im going to be as sick as a dog. Could my immune system be down because of the amount of pain killers i took, or do i just have a low immunce system ? I have been on Eltroxin 0.5mg & 0.1mg for the past 6 years but have picked up 5Kg in the last month and have not changed my eating habits at all, should i visit my doctor about this, or could you please give me some advise on how to build my immune system.

J, I doubt that it has something to do with the amount of painkillers you took. It might be that you’re not taking enough Eltroxin® and that this is affecting your immunity and your weight. It might also be that you just have bad luck and that you caught a bug from someone. The best would be to see your doctor and have it sorted out. Good luck.
