Lump in testicle
Dear Doc
My fiance has recently discovered a small round, hard lump on one of his testicles. It gives him pain from time to time. What could this be other than cancer? Could it be caused by stress and a lot of driving? What kind of doctor should he go see? And could you recommend one?

Phillipa, the chances of it being caused by stress or too much driving is almost nil. It might just be a little cyst or a varicose vein, but my advice would be to see your GP a.s.a.p. Good luck.
