Memory loss
58 white South African male. Some months ago left Supermarket without paying. Decided I was simply pre occupied.Saturday went to meet friends at resturaunt.Wife advised we had been there some 6 months ago. Have no recollection. Forgetting peoples names more frequently.

Paddy, the best would be to see a neurologist to get a more objective opinion on how bad your memory loss is. Everyone forgets things now and then, but once you start focussing on the whole thing, it tends to become a whole lot more pronounced. The neurologist will also be able to help make a diagnosis if something is wrong. Good luck.
