Mucus
Build up of mucus at back of throat can' t get rid of.
Hallo Danny
You may have an allergy. Try taking an antihistamine like Loratidine at night and using Beconase aqeous nose spray every 12 hours. YOu can also rinse your sinuses with salt water - make up 1 glass of luke warm water and 1/2 teaspoon salt, pour into your hand, sniff it up into the nose and blow out. This helps to dilute the phlegm and reduces the feeling of thick plegm running down the back of your throat.
