I wasn't drunk, but I probably had about 6 - 8 cans of beer about 4 hours earlier. Based on this, do you think if I was poked with a needle I would feel it.

Darrian, I’m sure you would have felt it. There is really no way that someone can stab you with a needle (deep enough to cause harm) without you feeling it. Good luck and you can stop worrying. :-)
