Nerve Problems?
Hi,
My girlfriend got a problem. Her hands sometimes go numb, and sometimes her feet aswell. She went to the docter and he gave her pills to improve her surculaton, he said that he wanted to make sure that its not a surcilation problem.
My question is what could the possible causes be for this problem. I know that back problems can influence the nerves in your limbs but she has not been in any serious accidents so what could this be?
And what can one do to regain or help to repair the feeling.

Hi Evert - I think she gets paresthesia of the hands and feet and that is sometimes related to vitamin shortages - especially Vit B complex.
