night cramps
I occasionaly get cramps in my calves at night which are quite painful. Anything I can do?

Rd, it might be due to an electrolyte imbalance, blood flow problems or neurological problems. It is often due to a magnesium or potassium deficiency, so you can safely try taking something like Slow Mag® and Slow K®.
