when going to sleep, I feel my legs getting numb, when I wake in the mornings my legs and my hands are sometimes totally numb, or other times it is feels like pins and needles, my hands is also a bit swollen, what could be the reason for this? Your advice pls

It could be that you are pressing on a nerve or nerves in your back when you lie down. I really think you should let a neurologist have a look - you may need to see a orthopod too.
