Pain during the night
I have been experiencing severe pain in my knees, hips and ankles, most frequently at night when I'm sleeping. The pain is quite bad since it wakes me and does not go away for a few hours. I have taken Cataflam since a pharmacist suggested it could be inflammation, although there is no swelling. I have also bought an electric blanket since I thought it could be that its quite cold at night - it doesnt only occur now in winter but started last December during the summer. Please could you advise if there's any supplements or vitamins/minerals I should take in order for this to go away. I am 27 years old, don't smoke or drink and live a relatively healthy lifestyle, including going to gym for the last 5/6 years. The pain is making it impossible for me to sleep or walk up the few steps in my house.
