Pain in chest
I have recurring pain in the area of my sternum and at times it seems swollen. At night it bothers me the most specially if I sleep on my left side causing sleepless nights. It also causes me to have constant hunger pains and the only thing that eases it is eating something even though I am not really hungry.

I am also having trouble with a very sensitive swollen abdomen and flatulance and since I had a bladder lift operation (a sling)3 years ago I am having trouble with constipation which I never had before in my life.
Please can you advise
Thank you
