I bit my lower lip which has now become the most awful mouth ulcer. What can I use to soothe the pain and get rid of it?

Thank you.

Is it possible that secondary infection have occured after you bit your lower lip? Consult your doctor for an examination to determine if there is secondary infection present. If this is the case, you will need a course of antibiotics. You can apply Gaviscon to the ulcer and take Panado tablets, to alleviate the pain.
