Pancreatic Tumor
My father was diagnosed today with a tumor on his pancreas. what is the next step, is it curable, what is the treatment? He has been suffering from abdominal pain for the last three months. he was diagnosed with a stomach ulcer, then an infection of the colon, none of these seemed to be the real cause and were actually discarded by the specialists in the end. he is extremely tired all the time and suffers from pain 30min after eating.

Thank you

Dear Jolinda
It depends on how big the tumor is, and if it is operable, also whether it is malignant or not. They will probably do more tests to determine whether an operation is needed or not.
