On Sat, I had this terrible pain on my left shoulder. Immediately after I felt very faint and dizzy. The next thing I wake up I'm on the floor. T, I have no idea, but it definitely doesn’t sound normal. You don’t mention any chest pain, so it’s probably not your heart, but I can’t say for sure without examining you first. The best would be to see your doctor and have it sorted out. Good luck.
