Periods
My periods are not flowing the way they used to?? I only see them when i go to the loo and when i check my pad it is only a dot. What could cause that to happen. I am 31yrs old.
Hallo Tyra
Very light periods can be due to the type of contraceptive you use or because you don't ovulate or because you are underweight. It is not harmful but it may be a problem if you want to fall pregnant. You can see your gyne or GP for examination and medication if needed.
