pH and acidosis
Can the body be in a state of acidosis and can you become to acidic? if you do become to acidic what actually happens? can you be chronicly acidic and be healthy? What would cause somebody to enter a state of acidosis?

Yes you can go into an acidic state - normally your lungs and kidneys balance your acidity to stay relatively stable but if you are severely ill or injured with lung or kidney problems or severe diabetes you may not be able to control your acidity levels and it can cause organ failure.
