pulse rate
i am a healthy, 28 year old female. i am active. i just want to know it there is anyone who can tell me what a normal pulse rate for my age is. I normally have a rate between 110 and 130 and today it went up to 204. everybody is just telling me it must be stress or unfitness.

It should be between 72 and 80 per minute. It think you should let your doctor have a look - you may have paroxismal ventricular tachycardia, a fairly harmless condition where the heart rythm is just way too fast. You may need to wear a 24 h holter ECG to diagnose the reason.
