With regards to your question on whether people comment on the twitches in my eyes & neck, I have had one or two close friend or family members saying something about it but I don't think it is something they feel comfortable asking.

Justin, if it is bad enough for people to notice, it might be due to something serious. The twitches cause by things like an electrolyte disturbances and even stress are more twitches you feel but are not really noticed by others. The best would be to see a neurologist and have him determine the cause and prescribe the appropriate treatment. Good luck.
