runners gut
lately if I run 10 km and happen to have a beer afterwards say within a half hour I develop terrible upset stomach and sometimes vomiting.
What could cause this and how long after a run does one`s stomach say return to " normal " ?

Dave, it differs from person to person, but it might take up to 4 hours. It might of course also be due to something completely different like a liver problem, so seeing your doctor about it would be a good idea. Good luck.
