Hi Doc,am a man aged 24.I decided to abstain from sex 5 years ago but could not resist the urge to masturbate althrough.I have been masturbating on average twice a week.Recently i had sex with a girlfriend.After the first ejaculation it took me more than three hours to get another erection which was really weak.Am just enquiring whether my frequent masturbation could be the cause of this and how can this be corrected.Normally can a man be able to ejaculate more than twice in one night.

Jammo, it is definitely not due to masturbating twice a week. It might be because you masturbated the day before you had sex, but that’s about it. Good luck.
