Should I take Norlevo?
Hi Doc

I've been on melodene for over a year and then changed to yasmin for about 5 months. Didn't like the side effects so went back to Melodene (this is the first month I'm back on Melodene again).

I missed the 12th active pill of the pack (usually take it at 8 AM). Had unprotected sex the same night at about 21h30. Only remembered to take the missed pill as well as the 13th pill the next morning. Should I take the morning after pill to be safe? Don't want to take it unless its really necessary (side effects seem really bad).
Thanks!
M.

Dear M

Thank you for visiting health24.com.

You do not have to take the morning after tablet, as you can skip two birth control tablets, before it is necessary to take the morning after pill.

Kind regards
