sinus - drip
our whole family ; 2 adults and 2 children continually suffer with a siunus - drip each time ending in a sore throat and being put on antibiotics.

what causes this mucus to build up and effect the body so drastic.?
how can it be avoided?

I recommend that you consult an Ear Nose and Throat Specialist, in order for him/her to assess if there is a chronic allergy present that is affecting your family. The most probable cause for the continuous mucus build up, is an allergy of some kind. You should also have x-rays and CT scans of the sinusses done, to trace the cause for the build up.
