I get sinus headaches every single day of my life.
Is there a permanent solution to this problem, or will I have to take pain killers for the rest of my life?
I use a nasal spray at the moment, but this is also only a temporary solution.
I also want to know if there is anything (food etc) that I should avoid, to clear up my sinuses.

Liz, it all depends on what the cause of the sinusitis is. It might be due to an allergy, infection, polyps, etc. the best would be to see an ENT specialist and have him find out what the cause is. He will then give you the appropriate treatment (antibiotics, nasal sprays, antihistamines, surgery, etc.) and tell you whether following a specific diet (cut out dairy, etc.) will be necessary. Good luck.
