Special diet with kidneystones
I would just like to know if there is a special diet I can follow, or what to eat and drink and what NOT! I am 22 and have had 3 kidney stones since I was +- 17 - they say it is "calsiumoksolaat" stones. Any advice please!?

Not sure, you need to drink at least two litres of water a day, but be careful of lowering your calcium intake as it may lead to serious problems. You should make sure that you have adequate potassium intake, but I don’t know of a specific diet for people with calcium oxalate stones. Maybe DietDoc knows; why don’t you drop her a line? Good luck.
PS, I’m sorry I took so long to answer your question, but all the answers posted in reply to questions posted on the 29th somehow got lost in Cyberspace. Here it is again.
