Strnage symptoms but I think I'm healthy!
I am a health 24 year old. I eat healthily, include a fibre rich meal daily, excersise 4 times a week and try to limit my alcohol intake. I do however smoke 2-5 cigarettes a day. My job is relatively stressful, but not more so now than last year.
Over the past month I have shown the following symptoms & would like to know what is causing it:
- excessive hair loss
- acne
- restless sleeping pattern
- constipation / haemoroids
- bloatedness
- drastic changes in appetite

Please help!

Lee, although you quite few symptoms, they’re not specific enough to make a diagnosis on. It may fit in with stress, thyroid problems, diabetes, etc. The best would be to see your doctor and have him sort it out for you. Good luck.
