suffering from stress
hi doc. im a 21 year old student and live a very happy life. The only problem is that i stress a lot. Not that there is anything really for me to stress about?? I guess it just comes naturally. Sometimes i would feel fine and all of a sudden realize that im extreamly tense and breathe heavily. Ive heard that people with ectomorph ody types (which i have) tend to stress more than other. This has really affected my lifestyle. Is there anything(pills or anyting i can physically do) that can beat stress or at least reduce it. Please help doc, im desperate. Thanx a lot, you are really a big help to thousands of south africans.

Andre, thank you for the nice words. The last thing you should do it to start taking pills. The best would be to see a psychologist and to have him/her teach you techniques to cope with the stress. Dropping CyberShrink a line also wouldn’t be a bad idea. Good luck.
