terrible pains
hi doc im 20 years old and im overweight. since yesterday ive been getting this really sharp pain under my right breast.what could it be as it is really uncomfortable.i do smoke but 1 cig a day

This could be referred pain from the stomach ( stomach lining inflammation) or inflammation of the lung, or just a muscle spasm or inflammation of the muscles between the ribs.
