Testicle Pain
I get this non consistent pain stinges in my left testicle - could you give me some problems that I should be aware of

You may have a slight infection in the testicular tube or just a nerve in the pelvis that is irritated. Please examine the testis and feel if there is any difference between the two sides -if so - let your doctor look at it. You may need antibiotics. Pelvic nerve irritation is seen in patients that do lots of cycling.
